Pilates Classes

We offer Physical Therapy/Rehab based pilates as well as fitness based pilates.  We offer individual, duets and small group for all levels and abilities of participants.  Classes are 55 minutes  and emphasize position and control to gain strength and flexibility.  Instructors tailor classes to the individual’s needs, goals and limitations as able.

Please call  408.402.3228 for availability and schedule.

Pilates classes at Body Dynamic utilize the principle and method developed by Joseph Pilates.

We recommend beginning with either individuals or duets in order to assess more fully your individual needs and abilities.

It is normal to begin with learning positioning and names of exercises and equipment as well as the fundamentals of the pilates method.

With all sessions, we try to begin with a gentle warm up before moving into more challenging exercises based on the client’s abilities and strength.

It is always your responsibility as the client to notify the instructor whenever you feel uncomfortable participating or performing any exercise.

We do believe that pilates should not hurt nor aggravate any current or previous injury.
