As the weather is becoming cooler, here are a few tips to keep you healthy:
- Stay active! Enjoy your walks outside in this cooler weather, or walk in the mall if it is too cold or wet. Most malls are open before the shops so there will be fewer people around.
- Stay hydrated.
- Keep taking your vitamins and get your flu shot.
