May is Women’s Heath Month
It is a reminder to all women to start taking care of themselves and make healthy choices:
- Eat healthy and be active
- Go forĀ a walk for at least 30 min/day. Sunshine raises vitamin D levels and that’s good for bones, heart and mood
- Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day & avoid sugary drinks
- Plan your meals and maintain healthy weight
- Go for annual checkups
- Practice good sleep habits. A good nigh sleep helps in better mood, sharpen memory and focus
